Easy White Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter (2 sticks) softened
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs room temperature
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1/2 t almond extract
  • 3 t baking powder
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 3 c cake flour
  • 1 c milk room temperature

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar.

  2. Add eggs and vanilla and almond extract.

  3. Sift flour, salt, and baking powder together in another bowl.

  4. Alternate milk and flour into butter mixture until just mixed.

  5. Pour evenly into cake pans.

  6. Bake for about 25 minutes at 350*
