Naturally rewarding

They truly are life boxes. These essential rewards packs I receive every month breathe life into my world through the healing power of Jesus and these plants He created and allowed men the knowledge to harvest and use.

I am not a hippie. I am health-conscious. Since we began using essential oils, we’ve seen our immune systems boosted and have had better attitudes. Even the husband likes the oils. Seeing is believing.

The babes are realizing that they are a first line of defense for all sorts of ills. Lavender for a scrape or burn. Thieves oil for a sniffle or itchy throat. Raven for a cough. Valor to help us have inner strength to do a difficult task.

It’s not just the oils though. The oils are a tool from God. I use them as part of my quiet time routine. They help me focus on Jesus and do what I ought even when I don’t feel like it. I pray as I apply my oils each morning. I pray that God would use His oils to help me be closer to Him and serve my family well. That He would open doors for me to serve Him. That He would use a potential conversation about oils to point to Himself.

It is a ministry.

It is something I believe in and I know it does wonders for the body, mind, and soul.

I am learning and researching and hoping to take classes and attend conferences in the future. I am participating in this essential oil monthly challenge. It’s not too late to join in! This month’s oil is Thieves and next month’s is Joy.

My life box this month consisted of items listed in my monthly challenges (yes, I’m a nerd and read ahead to collect them all). I also got some sample bottles that I hope I can distribute oils to friends so they can use those oils and see for themselves their healing power. I also got some amazing V6 oil. {vroom vroom} It’s the best carrier oil for the hot oils that you must dilute before application (like Thieves – do not put that on your neck without a carrier oil, trust me…) It helps when I massage the oils onto the babes. They love it – one on one Mama time and the healing power of touch!

I got the Myrrh oil to demonstrate to my Wednesday night class what the wise men brought to baby Jesus (I already have, use, and love Frankincense). The kids in my class love the essential oils and want to be anointed each week! I forgot to bring one this week and they asked about it! I love their enthusiasm.

One thing I need to be better about…reading my Young Living emails so I know that I could have purchased just one or two more oils and gotten the Transformation Kit for free. See? No head for business!
